§ 13.12.050. Statement of work completion.

Upon completion of any new works (or every 90 days after the commencement of the construction thereof in case the work of construction shall extend beyond the period of 90 days), a statement shall be filed showing what work has been completed. All work now in process of construction shall be deemed existing works for the purposes of this chapter.
