§ 13.12.060. Rights not granted by chapter.

None of the provisions of this chapter and nothing done or permitted pursuant hereto, and no circumstance or inference arising therefrom, shall be held or construed to grant any utility company any right or easement, or any privilege or franchise of any nature in, to, along or under any street of the city.
