§ 9.48.020. Definitions.

The following terms used herein are defined as follows:
A.

"Chief" means the chief of the fire department.

B.

"City" means the city of Pasadena.

C.

"General manager" means the administrative head of the water department.

D.

"Person" means an individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation or governmental entity other than the city.
