§ 2.365.040. Not applicable to bonded indebtedness.

Nothing herein shall be construed as interfering with or preventing the payment by the city treasurer of the principal and interest on bonds or certificates of participation or other financial instruments issued by the city and the interest coupons thereon, in accordance with the constitution, laws and ordinances authorizing the issuance of bonds such indebtedness.
