§ 13.18.030. Exceptions.

There hereby is excepted from the operation of this chapter, and nothing herein contained shall be construed to prohibit the erection, maintenance or use of any pole or poles for street illumination, traffic control, or civil defense siren facilities and appurtenances thereto.
