§ 13.18.040. Violation—Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation, who or which violates any of the provisions of this chapter is deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 6 months in the city jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
