§ 13.08.040. Functional outdoor lighting—During day.

Except as herein otherwise provided, no person, firm or corporation in the city shall make, cause or permit any use of electrical energy for the floodlighting of outdoor commercial areas including, but not limited to, service stations, used car lots, new car lots, automobile parking lots or similar businesses between the hours of sunrise and sunset and when not open for business.
