§ 13.08.050. Functional outdoor lighting—Safety purposes.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 13.08.040, prohibited uses of electrical energy are not applicable to that minimum lighting necessary for public safety or for security, or that required by law, or required for the lighting of essential buildings utilized for police, fire protection, health and communications purposes.
