Any person, firm or corporation, as principal officer, agent, clerk or employee, whether
acting for himself or itself or for another person, firm or corporation, who or which
violates any provisions of this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00 or by imprisonment in the
city jail not exceeding 6 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
