§ 10.45.100. Old Pasadena parking meter zone district.

A.

The Old Pasadena parking meter zone district is described as follows:

That certain area of the city of Pasadena, county of Los Angeles, state of California, known as Old Pasadena, bounded by the following described courses:

 Beginning at the Northwest corner of Fair Oaks Avenue and Union Street; Thence Northerly along the West line of said Fair Oaks Avenue to the Southwest corner of said Fair Oaks Avenue and Walnut Street; Thence continuing Northerly to the Northwest corner of said Fair Oaks Avenue and said Walnut Street; Thence Easterly along the Easterly prolongation of the North line of said Walnut Street to the East line of said Fair Oaks Avenue; Thence Southerly along said East line to the Northeast corner of said Fair Oaks Avenue and said Walnut Street; Thence Easterly along the North line of said Walnut Street, crossing Raymond Avenue, to the Northwest corner of said Walnut Street and Marengo Avenue; Thence Southerly to the Southwest corner of said Walnut Street and said Marengo Avenue; Thence Westerly along the South line of said Walnut Street to the East line of said Raymond Avenue; Thence Southerly along said East line to the North line of Holly Street; Thence Easterly along said North line and around the cul-de-sac (also known as Holly Terrace) to the intersection of the Easterly line of said Holly Terrace and the Northerly line of said Holly Street; Thence Southerly to the Southeast corner of said Holly Street and Arroyo Parkway; Thence Southerly along the East line of Arroyo Parkway and crossing Union Street, Colorado Boulevard and Green Street to the Southeast corner of said Green Street and said Arroyo Parkway; Thence Westerly to the Southwest corner of said Green Street and said Arroyo Parkway; Thence continuing Westerly along the South line of said Green Street to the Southeast corner of said Green Street and said Raymond Avenue; Thence Southerly along the East line of said Raymond Avenue to the Southeast corner of said Raymond Avenue and Del Mar Boulevard; Thence Westerly to the Southwest corner of said Raymond Avenue and said Del Mar Boulevard; Thence continuing Westerly along the South line of said Del Mar Boulevard and its Westerly prolongation, crossing said Fair Oaks Avenue and Pasadena Avenue to the Southwest corner of said Pasadena Avenue and said Del Mar Boulevard; Thence Northerly to the Northwest corner of said Pasadena Avenue and said Del Mar Boulevard; Thence continuing Northerly along the West line of said Pasadena Avenue to the Southwest corner of said Pasadena Avenue and said Green Street; Thence Westerly along the South line of said Green Street to the Southeast corner of said Green Street and Saint John Avenue; Thence Northerly to the Northeast corner of said Green Street and said Saint John Avenue; Thence Northerly along the East line of said Saint John Avenue and crossing said Colorado Boulevard and said Union Street to the Northeast corner of said Saint John Avenue and said Union Street; Thence Easterly along the North line of said Union Street and crossing said Pasadena Avenue to the Point of Beginning.

The widths of the various streets, boulevards and avenues described herein are such as were established in the city of Pasadena and exist as of April 1, 2006.

B.

The parking meter rate in this district shall be $1.25 for each sixty minutes.

C.

The parking meter rate shall be $.00 for vehicles lawfully displaying a no-fee placard, in a manner consistent with any limitations imposed upon the use of such placard, issued pursuant to Section 10.45.027 of this chapter.

D.
