§ 10.45.200. Civic Center parking meter zone.

    The Civic Center parking meter zone is described as follows:

    That certain area of the city of Pasadena, county of Los Angeles, state of California, known as Civic Center Area, bounded by the following described line:

     Beginning at the intersection of the westerly prolongation of the southerly line of the Frontage Road, 52.00 feet in width, extending along the southerly line of the Route 210 (Foothill) Freeway as shown on State of California Division of Highways Right of Way Map 07-L.A. 210-R25.5, File No. 12792-C, on file in the office of said Division of Highways, named as Corson Street by Ordinance No. 5224 of said City of Pasadena, on July 15, 1975, with the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of Los Robles Avenue, as widened, variable in width, as said easterly line was established by said State of California Division of Highways and shown on the map, as described hereinbefore; thence westerly along the westerly prolongation of the southerly line of said Corson Street and crossing Los Robles, Euclid, Garfield Avenues, Ninde Place and Marengo Avenue to the intersection of said southerly line with the westerly line of said Marengo Avenue, as widened and shown on said State of California, Division of Highways Right of Way Map 07-L.A. 210-R25.1, File No. 12815-C, on file in the office of said Division of Highways; thence southerly along the westerly line of said Marengo Avenue to the northerly line of Walnut Street; thence along the southerly prolongation of said westerly line to the southerly line of said Walnut Street and continuing southerly along said westerly line to the northerly line of Holly Street; thence westerly along said northerly line to the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of Arroyo Parkway extending southerly of said Holly Street; thence southerly along the northerly prolongation and continuing southerly along said easterly line of Arroyo Parkway and crossing Holly and Union Streets and Colorado Boulevard to the intersection of the easterly line of Arroyo Parkway with the southerly line of said Colorado Boulevard; thence southerly along the easterly line of said Arroyo Parkway to the northerly line of Green Street and continuing southerly to the southerly line of said street; thence westerly and crossing said Arroyo Parkway to the westerly line of said Arroyo Parkway; thence southerly along said westerly line to the intersection with westerly prolongation of the center line of Cordova Street; thence easterly along said center line and crossing Marengo and Euclid Avenues and continuing easterly to the intersection with the center line of Los Robles Avenue; thence northerly along said center line and crossing El Dorado and Green Streets and continuing northerly and crossing Colorado Boulevard to the intersection of the center line of said Los Robles Avenue with the westerly prolongation of the southerly line of Union Street extending easterly of said Los Robles Avenue; thence easterly along said westerly prolongation to the easterly line of said Los Robles Avenue; thence northerly and crossing said Union Street and continuing northerly and crossing Ford Place and Walnut Street to the Point of Beginning.

    The width of the various streets, boulevards, avenues and places as described hereinbefore are such as they were established in said city of Pasadena on December 15, 2001.

    B.

    Except as provided otherwise by this chapter, the parking meter rate in this district shall be $1.25 for each sixty minutes.

    C.

    The parking meter rate shall be $.00 for vehicles lawfully displaying a no-fee placard, in a manner consistent with any limitations imposed upon the use of such placard, issued pursuant to Section 10.45.027 of this chapter.
