§ 9.75.030. Applicability.

A.

The provisions of this chapter are applicable to multifamily, rental units. Single-family residences and condominiums are exempt from the provisions of this chapter.

B.

Pursuant to state law, board and care facilities and other state licensed care facilities are exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
