§ 9.56.020. Violation—Penalty.

Every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment of not more than 6 months or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each such person is deemed guilty of a separate offense for every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this chapter is committed.
