Any person, firm or corporation, as principal, officer, agent, clerk or employee,
whether acting for himself or itself or for another person, firm or corporation, who
or which violates any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00, or
by imprisonment in the city jail not exceeding 6 months, or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
