§ 9.48.080. Violation—Misdemeanor.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed $500.00, or by imprisonment in the city jail for not to exceed 6 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
