§ 9.48.040. Taking water without permit.

No person shall take water through, from or by means of or use any fire hydrant without a fire hydrant connection permit or take water through, from or by means of or use any fire hydrant at any time other than that for which a permit is issued, or in violation of the terms and conditions fixed therein.
