§ 9.26.030. Violation—Penalty.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $1,000 or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not to exceed 6 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
