§ 9.20.040. Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter is deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
