§ 8.78.110. Violations and penalty.

A.

It is unlawful and an infraction for any owner or manager of a commercial enterprise or nonprofit to violate any of the provisions of this chapter.

B.

A violation of the provisions of this chapter is punishable as an infraction as outlined in Section 1.24.025 of the Pasadena Municipal Code.
