§ 4.52.030. Billing.

The sanitary sewer fee imposed by this chapter shall be collected by adding the same to the utility bills. The charges shall be for the period covered by the utility bills and shall be payable at the same time and in the same manner.

The storm drain sewer fee imposed by this chapter shall be collected by adding the same to the Los Angeles County tax bill. The charges shall be for the period covered by the tax bill and shall be payable at the same time and in the same manner.
