§ 4.48.120. Violation—Penalty.

Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 6 months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
