§ 4.18.010. Fund created.

There is created a special fund to be known as the "capital projects fund," to account for financial resources which are to be used for the acquisition or construction of major capital facilities other than those financed by the light and power fund, the water fund, the golf course fund, and any special assessment funds created pursuant to Chapters 4.65 and 4.70.
