§ 4.10.010. Credit and collection regulations and charges.

The director of finance shall, from time to time, submit regulations defining the credit and collection policies of the city and a schedule of charges associated with the credit and collection activities of the city. Such regulations and schedule of charges shall be effective upon adoption thereof by resolution of the board of directors of the city.
