§ 4.107.460. Actions following election.

After the canvass of any election conducted pursuant to Sections 4.107.350 and 4.107.450, the board shall determine that the proposed levy of a new special tax or of changes in the types of facilities and services to be financed by the district, or any combination, have full legal effect, if two-thirds of the votes cast on the proposition are in favor of the proposed levy or changes.

Upon a determination by the board that the proposed levy or changes have full legal effect, the city clerk shall record notice of the changes pursuant to the California Streets and Highways Code.
