§ 4.107.260. Optional notice of hearing.

The board may also direct the city clerk to give notice of the hearing by first-class mail to each registered voter and to each landowner within the proposed district. This notice shall be mailed at least 7 days before the hearing and shall contain the same information as is required to be contained in the notice published pursuant to Section 4.107.250, except that the entire text of the resolution of intention may be omitted if the date, number and fact of its adoption are shown and the proposed facilities and/or services are briefly described and the proposed amounts and method of apportionment of the special tax are shown.
