§ 3.20.070. Penalty for violation of Section 3.20.060.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of Section 3.20.060 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100.00, or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period not to exceed 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
