§ 3.20.050. Penalty for violation of Sections 3.20.010 through 3.20.040.

Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of Sections 3.20.010 through 3.20.040 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment in the city jail for a term not to exceed 6 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
