§ 3.20.015. Reimbursement of costs required.

  • The city manager shall require as a condition to the issuance of any permit authorized hereunder that the applicant shall reimburse the city for any and all costs incurred by the city in providing services which are appropriate and necessary for the maintenance of public order during the parade sponsored by the applicant. The city manager is authorized to waive a portion or all of the aforementioned costs incurred by the city in the course of the annual Tournament of Roses Parade or any other parade held between December 25th of each year and January 7th of the subsequent year.
