§ 3.16.030. Sale—Permit required.

A.

It is unlawful for any person to sell any program other than the official program within the city on the day of the Tournament of Roses.

B.

It is unlawful for any person to sell the official program within the city on the day of the Tournament of Roses without first having applied for and obtained a permit to so do from the city manager as provided herein.

C.

It is unlawful for any person to represent any program as an official program when such program is not an official program as defined herein.
