§ 2.25.050. Purpose and functions.

A.

The purpose of the parking authority is to establish parking facilities for motor vehicles within the city, to furnish motor vehicle parking spaces, and to care for such vehicles within any parking facility or space owned, controlled or operated by the authority.

B.

The functions of the authority include the supplying of additional parking facilities and the performance of all undertakings incidental or advantageous thereto in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
