§ 2.25.030. Membership.

Pursuant to Streets and Highway Code Section 32661.1, the council declared itself to be the members of the parking authority of the city. All the rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities vested in such a body under the Act shall be vested in the city council as the members of the parking authority.
