§ 2.375.070. Auxiliary fire force—Duties.

  • The duties of a member of the auxiliary fire force shall be to assist the regular members of the fire department of the city in preventing, controlling and extinguishing fires, to aid in the functions of disaster preparedness, and to perform such related duties as the chief by order may prescribe. The chief may prescribe duties other than those mentioned herein to be performed by a member of the auxiliary fire force consistent with the provisions hereof, and subject to approval by the city manager.
