§ 2.90.040. Qualifications.

A.

All members shall be residents of the city; provided, however, that a person nominated by a director need not reside in said director's district.

B.

Members should have an interest in the quality of community library services and in the development, improvement and cost effectiveness of those services.

C.

Prior or current community service is also desirable.
