§ 2.85.040. Qualifications.

A.

All members shall be residents of the city; provided, however, that a person nominated by a director need not reside in said director's district.

B.

Members should be committed to the principle of equal opportunity for all people and have the ability to function harmoniously within a heterogeneous group.
