§ 2.65.040. Qualifications.

A.

All members shall be residents of the city; provided however, that a person nominated by a director need not reside in the director's district.

B.

Members should possess knowledge or ability in areas pertaining to discrimination against women.

C.

Members should have exhibited leadership qualities in community activities relating to the general welfare of women in the city.
