§ 2.45.020. Completion of term when no longer qualified to be appointed.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this code, persons meeting all requirements when appointed to an advisory body may, with the approval of the city council complete their term even though they no longer meet the requirements to be appointed to such advisory body unless such continuation in office would violate state or federal law.
