§ 2.130.040. Qualifications.

A.

At least 3 commissioners shall be owners or lessees of property, or officers, employees or agents of a corporation owning or leasing property within the South Lake Avenue parking district.

B.

Commissioners shall be persons of business experience and ability to the end that the affairs of the South Lake Avenue parking place district shall be administered in the interests of the district.
