Chapter 2.110. RELOCATION APPEALS BOARD |
§ 2.110.110. Purpose and functions.
A.
The purpose of the board is to hold hearings on complaints related to relocation assistance or eligibility for relocation assistance brought by persons displaced or claiming displacement by public activity of the city or the community development commission.
B.
The board shall:
1.
Determine if the community development commission or city has complied with the provisions of applicable state law and federal law;
2.
Transmit its findings to the community development commission or the city council as the case may be.
