§ 1.26.065. Loss of privilege.

For violation of Section 8.60.320 of this code, in addition to other penalties specified herein, the privilege of a responsible person to participate in the waste reduction program may be revoked, and the service level appropriate for the affected residential unit shall be established by the enforcement official.
