§ 1.25.180. Appeal of administrative order.

Within 20 days after service of the administrative order upon the responsible person, he or she may seek review of the administrative order by filing a notice of appeal with the municipal court. The responsible person shall serve upon the city clerk either in person or by first class mail a copy of the notice of appeal. If the responsible person fails to timely file a notice of appeal, the administrative order shall be deemed confirmed.
