§ 1.25.070. Failure to comply—Administrative hearing.

If the responsible person fails to fully comply with the compliance order within the time specified therein, the city shall conduct an administrative hearing regarding the violation(s). The administrator or his or her designee shall cause a written notice of hearing to be served on the responsible person in the manner applicable pursuant to Section 1.25.050.
