District No. 5 shall be as follows:

All that portion of the city lying within the boundaries of the following described line: Beginning at the point of intersection of N. Lake Ave. and E. Howard St., and proceeding southerly along N. Lake Ave. to E. Bell St., and proceeding easterly along E. Bell St. to N. Mentor Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Mentor Ave. to E. Mountain St., and proceeding easterly along E. Mountain St. to N. Michigan Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Michigan Ave. to E. Orange Grove Blvd., and proceeding easterly along E. Orange Grove Blvd. to N. Chester Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Chester Ave. and a direct line across 1-210 freeway to N. Chester Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Chester Ave. to E. Colorado Blvd., and proceeding westerly along E. Colorado Blvd. to N. Lake Ave., and proceeding northerly along N. Lake Ave. to E. Walnut St., and proceeding westerly along E. Walnut St. to N. Hudson Ave., and proceeding northerly along N. Hudson Ave. to E. Corson St., and proceeding westerly along E. Corson St. to El Molino Ave., and proceeding northerly along El Molino Ave. to E. Orange Grove Blvd., and proceeding westerly along E. Orange Grove Blvd. to N. Los Robles Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Los Robles Ave. to l-210 freeway, and proceeding westerly along l-210 freeway to N. Fair Oaks Ave., and proceeding northerly along N. Fair Oaks Ave. to E.
