District No. 3 shall be as follows:

All that portion of the city lying within the boundaries of the following described line: Beginning at the point of intersection of EI Molino Ave. and E. Ladera St., and proceeding southerly along EI Molino Ave. to E. Jackson St., and proceeding westerly along E. Jackson St. to N. Los Robles Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Los Robles Ave. to E. Mountain St., and proceeding westerly along E. Mountain St. to N. Marengo Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Marengo Ave. to E. Orange Grove Blvd., and proceeding westerly along E. Orange Grove Blvd. to N. Fair Oaks Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Fair Oaks Ave. to 1-120 freeway, and proceeding easterly along 1-210 freeway to N. Los Robles Ave., and proceeding northerly along N. Los Robles Ave. to E. Orange Grove Blvd., and proceeding easterly along E. Orange Grove Blvd. to El Molino Ave., and proceeding southerly along El Molino Ave. to E. Corson St., and proceeding easterly along E. Corson St. to N. Hudson Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Hudson Ave. to E. Walnut St., and proceeding easterly along E. Walnut St. to N. Lake Ave., and proceeding southerly along N. Lake Ave. to E. Colorado Blvd., and proceeding westerly along E. Colorado Blvd. to W. Colorado Blvd., and proceeding westerly along W.
