§ 16.28.290. Land subject to overflow, ponding or high ground water.

If any portion of such land is subject to sheet overflow or ponding of local storm water or should the depth to ground water be less than 10 feet from the ground surface, the advisory agency shall so inform the State Real Estate Commissioner.
