§ 16.22.030. Consistency.

  • No land shall be subdivided and developed pursuant to a vesting tentative map for any purpose which is inconsistent with the comprehensive general plan or its goals, objectives, policies, general land uses and programs, or any applicable specific plan, or any applicable interim study districts, including guidelines and standards therefor, or for any purpose which is not permitted by the revised zoning ordinance or other applicable provisions of the Pasadena Municipal Code.

    In approving a vesting tentative map, findings must be made showing that the planned uses are consistent with the comprehensive general plan, specific plans and interim study districts and permitted by the zoning ordinances and the Pasadena Municipal Code.
