§ 14.30.050. Violation deemed misdemeanor or infraction.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of an infraction or a misdemeanor at the discretion of the city prosecutor. Upon conviction, the person shall be punished by as prescribed in Chapter 1.24. The person shall also be responsible for all costs associated with the safe disposal of all confiscated fireworks as well as all expenses, costs, fees and fines associated with the investigation of the charges.
