§ 14.30.030. Possession, storage or sale of pyrotechnic device without valid permit and license unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, store or sell any pyrotechnic device unless that person is then in possession of a valid pyrotechnic operator's license issued by the Office of the State Fire Marshal and a valid permit issued by the fire chief.
