§ 14.20.060. Disconnection or property vacation orders.

The board may cause water service to be disconnected to any property served by the water system of the city after 24 hours' notice to the owner or occupant of the property if such owner or occupant fails to comply with a notice to correct conditions or perform prescribed device tests within a time specified by the board, and may further order the building or property vacated because of a hazard to the health of the occupants.
