§ 14.16.140. Violation—Penalty.

    Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000.00 or by imprisonment in jail for a period not exceeding 6 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

    B.

    In addition to the penalty provisions in subsection A of this section, violation of Section 14.16.030 may be subject to the administrative proceedings set forth in Chapter 1.25 or 1.26 of this code.
