California Building Codes adopted California Code of Regulation Title 24 part 1-12.
The 2016 California Building Code Chapters 1-35 and Appendix Chapters C, D, H, I,
and J, the 2016 California Residential Code Appendix Chapters E, H, J, and V, the
2016 California Green Building Standards Code, the 2016 California Electrical Code,
the 2016 California Mechanical Code, the 2016 California Plumbing Code, and 2016 California
Fire Code all as published by the California Building Standards Commission and as
amended by the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), the Division
of the State Architect/Access and Compliance (DSA/AC), and the State Office of Statewide
Health, Planning and Development (OSHPD), The Office of the State Fire Marshal (SFM)
all as published by the International Code Council. One copy of all of the above publications
is on file for public inspection and is hereby adopted with the same force and effect
as though set out herein in full.
